I'm Russ R. Robinson, or R3. I am a contemporary fine artist and pointillism specialist based in the Bay Area. I "color" the way I think. Abstract. I paint the way I feel. Colorful.
I rekindled my passion for art (and discovered my style) through coloring books for mindfulness. In 2019, I launched my online gallery and POD shop to showcase and sell my "colorings." (R3Colorings.com)
Inks are still my favorite medium because at the 3rd and 4th layers, bleeding becomes your friend as the inks take on paint-like qualities. But I love that it remains translucent on original canvases.
I am excited to evolve as an Artist, find new ways to delight with color, and make people smile with playful art...and a whole lotta dots!
